Most of the workouts use equipment but some don’t. Overall good hockey app

Hands definitely seem lighter and faster after the workout.

Downloaded this to get more knowledge about the game and do some training and was very surprised at how everything is laid out. Very easy to use and super helpful content.

I downloaded the project hockey app to help my son with his agility and strength training. He has been so excited to check in and participated in the daily drills. Thank you for putting this together and helping my son to better himself. It is so awesome!!

This app is awesome, I train at home and this app makes a huge difference. There is an east plan to follow every day and I get to meet NHL NCAA players on Zoom calls!
