How does the Promova Premium work:
We are offering monthly, 6-month, and annual subscription plans. Currently, a 7-day free trial is available for an annual Premium subscription only. If you are happy with the features Promova offers, after this period, you will be automatically charged the full price of the chosen Premium plan, which was indicated on a payment screen during checkout.
If you want to cancel the free trial or your current Premium subscription, please make sure to do this at least 24 hours before the end of the current payment period. Otherwise, you will automatically be charged a price according to a chosen Premium plan. To manage your subscription, please go to the AppleID Account Settings. Please keep in mind that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Also, please pay attention that Promova has both mobile and web versions that are connected. Therefore, if you purchased the subscription on the web, and you do not see the current subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings, please go to your Promova's Account (mobile or web version) > My purchases > Payments & subscriptions > Cancel subscription.
When a subscription is canceled, access to the app's courses and features will expire at the end of the current payment period.

Cancel Subscription
What a hassel, when you want to cancel ur payment you have to send email to stop. I know what kind of game they playing. So far horrible experience

I need to cancel it but follow the guidance no any cancel button. They even show can cancel it automatically. Is it lie??? I read whole terms and conditions, there I send support email, they don’t reply me any useful information.

Unable to unsubscribe
Unable to find where to unsubscribe the app. End up have to email and they charged my $69.90 when the email take time to reply and charged me when i didnt really use the app. Felt scammed by this app.

Ads in the purchase lessons
I paid for 12 weeks of lessons. After taking 2 lessons, the next lessons are locked. To unlock the lessons, we are required to watch the ads. There are many other subscriptions in the paid lessons that require you to pay to start the lessons. each lesson only lasts for 10 mins. Not worth it. I would like to require for a refund.
