It was a great app but currently does not work properly compared to the past. I eagerly hope this problem settle immediately with a new update

It is not accurate….
If you don’t pronounce the word accurately you will get an “ excellent “ 😂😂😂😂😂. It is a joke.
OK for beginners but no use if you can read a bit even
Not useful
Confusing to navigate
The app is pretty hard to navigate and not helpful to understand what is the path a user should take. I was in the video section and I could not find how to return to the other functions of the app. It was not very clear to me if I should watch all the videos in that section and maybe then be able to access the rest. Very confusing overall. Ive tried to use it three times but ultimately gave up on it.
Good and willing to pay to remove ad.
It is a very good app. I can easily locate a symbol and listen its pronounciation. It also list a bunch of simple words for each symbol. It also provide the letters pattern. The only things I don't like, is the ad. They are too annoying. I'd like to use app as my primary dictionary app. but the ad stop me from doing that.

Good for practising pronunciation.
Doesn’t work
Frustrating experience - does not recognize the words at all. I even test this app with a native speaker.

The app couldn’t open. It stuck at the first page.
The best ever
At first the app didn’t recognize my voice, probably my English accent was very bad at the time. I continued to try for a while. Now I feel better using the app. It’s the most useful app I’ve ever had. Thank you, Mr. Loc Nguyễn.
