Residents can make complaint, house defects and common area defect via task and the building managers monitor the complain and rectify the request. BMS makes Resident & Building managers ease to communicate and share ideas and issues. BMS has many more features which convenient to residents and property manager to manage the property easily.

Worst Apps Ever!
The username even can’t reset password. Tired many time reset password but you even didn’t receive any email. This app don’t even deserve 1 star, 0 star for this apps
Please improve.
Issues/Complaints section should have filter or sorting function. Latest complaints should be displayed first. Please include video upload for issues/complaints. Pictures are not enough to describe problems. Thank you.
