This apps are most useful and near to exact quotation from lawyer but it cannot be updated. The notification to update the apps keep appearing but when push for update it still appear as “open” in app store.

Pls update valuation and total all lawyer fees to 6%

Everything is okey except part loan eligibility, is not working. Apps fail to calculate new commitment. Instead it shows the total existing commitment. Please fix this problem thanks

Can’t find and can’t download Lkc property management apps on my iphone

It’s a very useful app to calculate legal fee, stamp duty & to get estimated monthly payment for house financing. However, it’s not yet updated to the latest iOS 14. The boxes seems to be out of position & shape to the extend that valuation fee cannot be seen. Hopefully there will be a quick update on this. Thank you the great app. Updated: Thank you for updating the app. Feature request: To be able to create a one page PDF of all the calculations, cost involves & the details. Then perhaps the PDF can be shared using iMessages, Whatsapp, Telegram & perhaps E-mail.
