Unwanted Subscription!!
Hello guys, I am really careful with subscriptions, because I like to try out a lot of new apps. I always take a trial period and immediately check on my Apple-App if I can cancel a subscription. However Prosperi circumnavigates this. I paid an initial 8,66 to test it on the 13th June and it never showed as a subscription in the Apple App. And they debited me another 49,99€ on the 20th of June.That’s purposefully keeping the user in the dark!!!! The learning content is great, but that’s not the way to deal with users!!

Please do your homework. Read reviews!!! I had immediate trouble with the app. Reached out to support. No help. Within thirty minutes I requested a cancellation and an refund. I provided proof that I was unable to even use the app. Was informed that refunds are not part of their policy. Charged for the trial, ai fee and another fee that I was never even aware of. Now I have to dispute the charges with my financial institution.
