Me and multiple coworkers can no longer scan vins cause the scanner is auto zoomed in. And androids appear to be able to scan vins without needing a barcode . Please update your software so it is compatible with current hardwares

While you trying to work on the app it jumps out and you have to redo everything again. 👎🏻

I cannot scan the actual VIN (not the barcode) with the VIN scanner on my iPhone yet Samsung phones can. Are you able to fix this?

I use this app daily at my dealership and for a while the old Canadian version used to support iPads and landscape mode, two things that are now not available on the main branch. Having to pick up my iPad Pro out of the keyboard case every time I have to make an inspection is quite annoying and should be reimplemented.

Constantly have to log into his app and enter a password instead of using Face ID.

I switched to IOS recently. Using iPhone 14 pro max. Latest IOS available and the app crashes constantly. Also the search I noticed needs to be cleared before searching again. So if I have a stock number in the search field and erase it and put a new stock number it will not work. I have to do a blank search first. Then put the stock number I want in. It’s a work around but it’s a waste of time.

The VAuto website works well enough for my job at a car dealership, but the app is a mess. Crashes constantly, photo management is as barebones as it can be. The app needs some serious attention.

Is there anyway you can please fix the update for the newer iPads that won’t allow you to shoot in landscape mode it’s making it an extra step having to use the camera then go to the app and then upload the photos please fix. The app continues to crash after every vehicle I take photos of needs fix ASAP.

Afternoons it seems worse. Crash after crash. Too much money for this!
