Is good as a reference but is not that reliable for the green line.

There should be an option to customize favorites and an easier way to delete favorites

It shows in the schedule but sometimes bus never shows up, especially around 5 pm

Very accurate for the most part. The only thing I want the product team to update is to include track numbers for all commuter rails. Especially ones that leave from north and south station where there are multiple tracks instead of just outbound and inbound directions. Should be very easy to do that via API connection to MBTA’s website

The timing shown doesn’t match at all. Installed thinking this is accurate than google but it’s not.!

I use this app to follow my bus schedule and the ETAs often fluctuate wildly. One minute it will be telling you the bus is 20 min away and the next it will say the bus is arriving. I’ve grown to expect this and now watch the thing like a hawk when I know I need to catch the next bus, but it would be a lot better if it were more reliable.

Used the transit tracker app, which was super until it ceased to exist. ProximiT is great replacement app now and enables me to plan my travel schedule. Hope it only improves in quality.
