I’ve never been big on Apps but when I say ProxyPics makes this new life style of work easy! It’s an understatement. Their customer service is amazing, prompt and very detailed.

It was super easy to go through this process of photographing my home for a second mortgage loan virtual appraisal process. Thank you.

Useless waste of time. Barely any orders and then when they do come, they’re always assigned to someone else. There is no money to be made with this app.

Who wrote the instructions for this app? Too obscure and not user friendly. Use words that would appear on all phone platforms.

The app is pretty decent and a pretty fun way to make some extra money. However if you need assistance from the staff, you’ll get the assistance but not in a timely manner. And there are several features within the app that could be better designed. But all in all, it is a good app to have and a fun little side gig

They don’t respond… Hello, I’ve been having issues with this app since I have changed phones. I have reset my settings, deleted, re-downloaded, logged out, logged back in, made sure my phone was updated and I am still not getting notifications unless they’re sent directly to me or when I open the app. so instead of me getting my push notifications which are turned on specifically for this app I just receive a notification about the jobs available when I open the app only. I am aware it is very competitive so this means I get never get jobs now. I would really appreciate some help and assistance in this issue. I have contacted support about it on multiple occasions and have received absolutely no response or help. I only receive a response if it’s about a job specifically. Disappointing to say the least.

Easy to use app

I enjoy working with ProxyPics. The assignments are easy and straightforward. I’d say the best part of working with ProxyPics is the support team. Their teams members are extremely supportive and quick to respond to my questions or concerns. 5 out of 5 stars!

Pretty straightforward and directions are spot on.
