Extremely lousy app
“Remember me” is total useless . Never stay signed in , never helped remember password at all . Not using it often but EVERYTIME USE EVERYTIME MUST UPDATE. And otherwise cannot use at all, must update then can use. Thumbprint login never once work before. What’s the point of this function? Veryy veryy veryy useless app

Terrible app and tech
Cannot login. Password is correct, as I can log on website. If you cannot afford to make a barely decent app, do not bother to instead of wasting your customer’s time. This is the 21st century, wake up one day.
Terrible app
Log in Id and password is correct.. but keep saying incorrect and don’t allow me to log in. Even the customer care couldn’t figure out..
Poor app!
Being sick but still need to wait for the system up to load Ecard.
Some button cannot press
Save button not work on clinic filter option on iPhone X and above
