Incredible app with a necessary and important purpose. I love the goal setting function and have learnt a lot about myself. Would highly recommend to anyone!

While it uses personalised assessments tailored to the experience, and needs, of the user, there is still a strong sense of community in the sense that supportive resources are readily available whenever needed. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to improve their mental health.

The app has contributed to a lot of introspection and helped me navigate my emotions and negotiate with my thoughts. Thanks to the insights provided I’ve become more positive and forgiving of myself and my short-comings. Feeling a lot happier and grounded!
