This app is a big waste of time. For your own good, do not use it and waste your money. The advisor I consulted made numerous spelling mistakes and provided very short responses, which was quite off-putting. Despite writing detailed paragraphs, I received one-word responses riddled with errors. The support team does not respond within their promised one-day window and refuses to issue refunds.

I can’t praise Nina enough she is brill! The customer service team are rude and they aren’t helpful. The majority of psychic ability is poor on this app. You can tell this by the turnover of psychics. It’s expensive for what it is! But if you do try then go with Nina as she goes above and beyond

I’m really upset with this app. I have had a few issues with the customer service department. Customer service is absolutely shocking. I have been unable to order videos on the app since Monday, my credits have been removed and I have just spent $49.99 on new credits. My existing credits have also been removed. I have emailed support at lest 10 times with proof and they have yet to reinstate my credits. I’m really upset, I use the app because I am going though a hard time at the moment and I’m in need of someone to speak too. It’s been over 48 hours and I haven’t been able to order a single video.

don’t waste your time with this APP if you want to talk on live chat. the ‘psychics’ that come on live chat are really crap. or they will just ignore you till your credit runs out and your there panicking cause it’s YOUR money that’s going not THEIRS! the girl Corina ignored the whole chat till it ended. the Indians on there don’t know how to speak proper English so therefore your there struggling trying to understand what their on about. the people ive had readings with on there all say different things and some things don’t evan make sense so therefore isn’t accurate. Save yourself and your money. 💰
