I cannot use this application on multiple devices. It would be very convenient if you could use up to five devices without resetting the login and password connection every time.

Still not translated normally. Even though it has some English translation, but it’s only around 30% of interface. Guys you are helping to learn English, not Chinese

It often crushes while using. I play for 3 months but it always crushes every time I open the new test

The AI in this app is not so good. Many questions are scored lower than the actual exams. But it makes you work harder and more meticulously because you are worried you might lose points. You become more cautious. I got around 81-83 overall in the mock tests, but I got 89 in the real test. Thank you so much for the app! I was satisfied.

I’m a paid/VIP user and I wasn’t expecting this weird system mistake. When I go to practice my single section wise mock tests, reading section same as speaking section. I can’t even practice the mock tests for that even tho, I’m a paid user. Waste of money for that aspect.

It is good app to practice but nowadays student can not get monthly materials for practice after paying. No access to monthly prediction files. That’s making it worst app.

Payment method bug pls.

Already purchased VIP but until today I can’t use and unable access to VIP. Asked me buy another VIP system.

No email changing option and also hard to log in pc so frustrating
