Question

Is this app only for veterans ? Two people in general that so for chronic PSTD can’t get access to this program and its network to support people that live every day under high stress?

New voice

VAC needs to get a new female voice for this as the man’s voice, I’m sorry but, the dude sounds creepy as hell. I believe with another voice option it would make it more enjoyable for everyone. When I’m stressed out the last thing I want is a voice that heightens my stress level.

good, needs improvements

good information and useful distractions in the app but (ironically) the default notification noise is a bit startling and a more pleasant sound would be nice. the UI could do with a bit more polish too.

Narrator

Is there any way you could re-add the original, female narrator for the guided exercises? Her voice was sooooo soothing, but now the voice has been changed to a mumbling man which really harshes my mellow :(

Heureux de voir que l'App est seulement navigable en anglais. Pas fort, disponible depuis 2013, c'est pas qu'ils ont eu l'excuse de ne pas avoir eu le temps de la traduire.

Nice try, American import, light and fluffy. The test needs to be more along the lines of Depression Tests that are available. Referrals to regional OSI Support Groups and Royal Canadian Legion would be useful. Plus, Mental Health Hot Lines by region. Canada is a big place.
