Publix Delivery & Curbside

I ordered a bag of products ~$200. Some of items were with a special tag ‘buy 1 get 1 free’ and they don’t deliver so-called free items. I wrote the Help centre twice and no answer

It would be more enjoyable if we could write a note or give a description of the type of shopper that we want. Like if you have multiple orders, I’d prefer a different shopper because I like to communicate if something is out of stock, I wanna replacement. The ability to choose the type of shopper a lot of the times either things have poor replacements or they don’t communicate with you at all. Ruins, the whole experience makes you not want to spend your money here.

The prices are higher through this app for them to make extra on top of delivery fees. On top of having to add the tip at the end.

Please, note Shipt is set up to diminish requests by homeowner. Or suggests for alternatives. This app does nothing to support the order player and penalized the order target (please note I am the order placer!!!!…..the absolute ABUSE the shoppers insure needs to be investigated!!”

This app is complete garbage. I went through and selected my entire shopping list, selected a delivery time and paid, and then on the very last screen it errors out and cancels my order. I tried multiple times to restart the app and was not even able to log back in, I might as well just drive to the store and go shopping for the time I’ve wasted trying to get this stupid app to work.

Nadia was outstanding, quick and efficient. She found my replacement items quickly and brought my food quickly as well. Love this service.

No matter what I try, for the last several years, the pickup location always stays with whatever cell service it traces back to. Sometimes its over 5 or 6 hrs away. Even when I change the shopping location to the correct area, the pickup location will not change. When “change location” is selected, the only options available are in the immediate area of the wrong location w no way to change it from anywhere other than the same area that it thinks I am. Terribly frustrating! Nothing but frustration from all our experiences w Instacart, not just Publix.

Since update my Publix app is not working properly. It is not responding to my touch and does not allow me to change from my list to savings, etc.. very frustrating since I use the app weekly to check for sale items.

I tried to edit my order and it wouldn’t even work. I paid for priority so it would arrive by 8:45 and now it says it will arrive by 9:25. Make it make sense. There’s so way to even message the shopper, there’s zero updates on if they have even started shopping. Do yourself a favor and download the instacart app because it must be better than this.
