Difficult
Clunky..... often fails!
Terrible reading experience
This is a clunky and slow app, I gave up trying to read anything on this app. Only good thing is the audio feature but even that is hard to use. You're losing customers unless you make a better app.
Worst apps
This is the worst app I ever tried. Tried a few times to register for a account but its website repeatedly failed to verify my email address. A waste of time.
Software issues
So many problems with software issues. Eg. Books not downloading and etc. very disappointing although good concept. Need stable software.
Useless
Bought a book, can't open it because the app keep crashing. Had to read on the web but formatting is shocking. Don't waste your money on their books.

This app does not function at all when using iPad.
I am very disappointed after paid a year subscription. It looks good but very clumsy and slow to use. The app keeps shutting down itself immediately after open. I downloaded books, but cannot read any. It takes ages to switch from section to section. I cannot even access to the setting to use 客服信箱. Very very disappointed.
