The only app that gets worse as it goes along

Rubbish, absolutely rubbish Would give zero stars but had to give one

Please could somebody tell me what the alternative is?

All the issues that have been mentioned by others and still these problems persist. 2 years into using this platform and we still can’t document work we have done, and the support from India when things go wrong is a complete joke.

Painfully rubbish

App is awful. Takes too long to sync, crashes and needs force closing frequently. Still unable to type work performed directly in the app, needs typing in a note app and copy and pasting into pulsar. App unable to update jobs in calendar without a manual sync even though the app sends a notification to say you’ve received a new job. Now jobs disappear on the app and it closes when you attempt to sync, fix one issue and three more appear. Will be a happy day when the company scrap this failed system, don’t give up the day job :)

Shocking how this has been released without any serious testing Why has this even been released when the app hasn’t the most basic of requirements a background update. The money this must have cost in downtime for engineers would have surely been better spent on developing the app prior to release!!! No stars as we are currently in the year of 2024 and the latest release 12.04 has more bugs than the original app!!!

The user interface is clunky and the work flow has far too many steps to log on and off a appointment. Don’t try to sync if your signal is not great else it’ll either fail or cause a database corruption (this has happened multiple times) or it’ll log you forcing a re-login. Recently had a database corruption and several unrecognised errors resulting in the app needing to be deleted and reinstalled.

If this is the the best they can offer I would through the towel in.

At first using the pulsar app I found it really time consuming and drained my battery. Now I have been using this on a more up-to date phone I have found it a joy to use. I have found it to be more user friendly compared to other systems I have used in the passed making my job much easier throughout the day. The only negative is that using it on a old phone can cause issues.
