I can only praise the service I receive from Pulse. Very easy to make purchases and payments. Good security for an Online retailer. Precise information whenever you purchase, pay and pay your balance at the end of the month. Staff are always helpful if you need to make contact with them for whatever reason. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them highly. Use them with confidence.

They send emails saying you’ve missed a payment, when it HAS been made. Time to take legal action.

When unable to telephone to sort out a payment plan due to an immediate disability (stroke) they can’t cope, now defaulted as a result…

They close my account and i can’t do a transfer my account over to another company without a card

There is a wide variety of ways to pay that leaves you in total control of what you pay and when and how, with payments due dates within a few days of statement dates. Excellent for budgeting.

The app has not been working for a few days, I have deleted it and downloaded it again and it just won’t let me log in ?

This app is brilliant. It's easy to use and navigate. I love it very much.

The last update brought a web based UI and it results in a much poorer experience, with lots of scrolling around, pop ups on screen, and pages that jump around after fully loading all their content.

Really like this card. Easy to use and keeps you up to date.
