Hello, I wish I was writing this on better terms. This app or web page of games doesn’t pay out. Even if you pay money the RTP must be very low. I don’t recommend playing unless you want to pay just to play and not pay to play to win. And another issue, I play just a 50gc per spin but it charges me 100gc. No multiple bets. I recommend find another game to play like stake.us or crown coins casino.

Myself and my boyfriend were both playing this app. At first he was able to win and withdraw money. I never was able to reach the minimum to cash out. I played for over a year and never hit. He recently was able to withdraw and they declined all of his payouts. This game feels like a scam don’t ever play your hard earned money on this game. Customer service says it’s a glitch. And doesn’t help at all. No numbers to call or anything just a chat with representatives who end the chats before you can reply to them.
This app was fun at first.. won some lost some… but once you reach Royal status you no longer win anything!! Games will try to hit to play the feature them will suddenly glitch and not ever land. Something’s even knocking you out of the game completely!

Had over 3,000 in winnings and i got it took away because of some words I sent on a text.. So I had cashed out my winnings and it’s supposed to hit your account in 3-5 business days.. I messaged customer service after a week and they had told me they was working on the issue. I ended up giving them another week and got in touch with them again.. They had gave me the run around and told me it was an error on my banks behalf!😂 I basically told them what I thought with some words I shouldn’t have and my account was shut down immediately and I lost all my winnings. Fun while it lasted but I don’t consider them “trustworthy”.
