I paid 60 dollars for one year nothing happened .no channels website not responded no one reply my emails and my money gone without provide me any services .I advise no one subscribe with them .all documents of my paid and emails that sent with me

It seems as if the company shut down. The website no longer exists and the app does not work anymore when you try to log in. I am still being charged for my monthly subscription even though this company no longer exists! I am not sure who to contact or what to do but this is outrageous that no prior notice was given.

The app is no longer working. Their URL web site is not found anymore. I have renewed my subscription in 2023-Q4 and service stopped working in Jan 2024. Server not found !!!

Without notice service is not broadcasting my membership paid till September 2024! Any explanation aid the company out of business?!!

It’s been 3 days now and my app froze. I get the error message “something went wrong. Please check back later” and we been checking back every day. I try and go to the website to email for troubleshooting and the website is down. Who do we contact? The same happened at a friend’s tv as well.

The service used to be good. No cutouts, lag, or buffer issues. Recently it has happened more, despite increased cost (which I did not care about, but it has gotten worse despite increased cost). No social media presence to update anyone. Stopped using it since then which is a shame since it was simple to use and had great channels.

1. During world cup they didnt add sports channels. I had to call them and waited for couple of days then it was added 2. Their apple tv app has bug for 5 month now. They still charge you ! The bug is that whenever you change the channel, the app crashes. So imagine each time you change the channel you have to relogin. Again , they still took monthly subscription as if there are no issues. 3. Some channels dont work, and you dont know why, so your working channels are based on luck.

I was using iptv but all them dont work well until friend of me told me about pupilhd app its the best service at all

This app is excellent. It has all important channels sports ,news ,kids and movies . Just get it it’s cool We are waiting PC version
