I had a problem with my order and realized there is no “contact us” button or help with the order, how do I contact the restaurant?

I love Pura Vida cafes overall. However :) The app is fine but its really annoying to be forced to update 1 day after downloading or you simply cannot use the app and place the order…. Or when you are in a rush and want to just place the da..n order yet you are told you must update right now…. 🙄🙄🙄 Really dislike when that happens - i am busy and want to just order food quickly and not to waste time managing being forced to update it the next day… very poor UX practice to do that.. The first order and sign up experience was cumbersome too and took much longer than it could when i was also in a rush… also, pls do NOT demand phone numbersth - it is more private info and ppl have a right to keep more privacy. We are not in an authoritarian government controlled dictatorship that disrespects human rights (at least not yet and hopefully will not get there… :) Also, apple pay does not work (i thought it was my card first but it did work at other places… so its the app and i saw another review saying the same thing.. Finally, pls get rid of the “tip” added by default - tips are for waiters who work their bu..tt off serving you and running back and forth many times - not for ordering and picking the food up yourself.. (it can be optional but dont add it by default hoping ppl will not see / miss that and get you an extra 10% margin - and its not even clear if it will even go to the actual workers making the food…)

…about. PV presents lots of healthy choices, and the not as good choices all have redeeeming qualities. You can’t go wrong at PV!

Yesterday was my first time trying Pura Vida after two years of traveling to Miami intermittently for work. I came back today because I’m already hooked! I was finding it challenging to find healthy options that actually taste good and satisfy in Miami - Pura Vida delivers!
