Pura

The app looks great, but is more difficult to use than I expected. The scheduling is frustrating and extremely cumbersome. I wish it was easier to customize the repeating schedules easily. Also, when I first downloaded the app, the diffusion strength was on a 10 point scale. I loved this! Please bring this back! I would absolutely keep mine on at a level 1 most of the day. But as of right now, there are only 3 strength levels, and the lowest is still too strong for me to want it on all day! With a few changes this app could be amazing

I got this for my bday and very happy so far! Been spending way too much on expensive candles and disappointed by lack of fragrance. Despite prior reviews I had no issues setting up the app and connecting, it took 3min. looking forward to trying different scents

I love the scents available and think this product has so much potential. I invested in 4 diffusers a few years back. I really wanted this to be my solution to a fabulously smelling home but there’s always a problem. The physical products never stay connected to WiFi. When I go into the app, which doesn’t work 80% of the time it can’t find them or says they’re offline. When I try to replace the fragrances it often takes up to 30 minutes to change one out bc the diffuser can’t be found by the app. The screen just looks like it’s loading, even though everything is up to date. My wifi signals are strong on my phone so it’s not on my end. This was a lot of $$$ to invest in a product that is frustrating to deal with and rarely does what it should. I’ve bought candles bc Pura is not reliable. What a shame.

I have been wanting a Pura diffuser. I just got one for Christmas. It doesn’t work. It appeared to set up easily. But now the system does not recognize the scent vials so it doesn’t work. The QR code stickers will not stay on the vials and when I enter them manually they only work on one side. I had no idea it would be such a hassle to deal with an air freshener.

I have had this for a month. Bought two vials and got a wife or two during that month. Definitely no strong odor. I bought another and just put it in and can’t smell a thing Disappointed

I absolutely love Pura. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs and bc of Pura, when guest come over they compliment how good our home smells. It does not smell like animals. I love that you can schedule it for times of when you are home. Highly recommend Pura.

I absolutely love my Pura(s)! I received one as a gift for my birthday and loved it. The scents are amazing and they cover a large area. I loved it so much I bought another one for another area of our home. Then one of my daughters loved mine so much that I got her one for Christmas!!

Concept is awesome, I believe that there are some things that need to be improved. Got mine in August 23 had issues connecting to WiFi finally got it. I also think the schedule is difficult to do, could be me. Tried to move it to another house and it would not pick up the WiFi connection ☹️. Still really like the idea and would possibly try this product.

Garbage tech support, both stopped working after the 30 day return period. They suggested calling my internet provider (as if that makes a difference after they had been working for 40+ days.) SYREN didn’t know a thing about her JOB.
