No video on demand classes

I subscribed to this app and cancelled after a few months. They have continued to charge my credit card monthly even after I cancelled the subscription and contacted them several times to ask them to stop charging. I had to contact my credit card company, block the transactions and change my credit card number. Even after changing my credit card number, the company has managed to keep charging me and avoids being blocked by regular changing the name of the company slightly. This is a scam and this company engages in fraud. Do not give them your credit card information.

User experience is not good. It’s quite awkward to navigate the app when choosing classes and viewing schedule. But the most frustrating thing is how easily and often this app freezes and I have to quit and restart.

I’m not sure if it’s the App or the transfer of ownership, but it hasn’t been working since new management took over.

I an a computer analyst. This app needs some enhancements. The calendar is messed up when users click on it. If you click on a day and click on Bookings, the calendar date changes. One user said she doesn't ever click on the calendar. Also, if the membership is not paid for on a certain day, ie, 5th of every month and paid late, the user cannot book a class until the membership is paid for. The user has to get all classes booked by the 5th or they loose the classes they paid for. As a result of the date changing and me not noticing it after clicking on Bookings, it booked me for a Monday without me knowing. Because I didn't go to the Monday class I got charged for a no show. Bit seems like this is set up to intentionally make the user select the wrong day.

There isn’t an option to book a class or look at a class schedule from the menu??

The classes and community are great, but the app is incredibly glitchy and unreliable.

I’m glad that I’m trying out a month of pure barre. It’s been around since 2001 and I never thought of taking classes until C.C. Suggested it after I took her free class in Darien. Westport is a wonderful studio and the breeze from Long Island sound is amazing.

It makes me sign in each time which is cumbersome when you're trying to sign up on phone I thought app would immediately open up and let u choose a class without using a password every time

The app never works and the people can’t ever figure out how to make it work. Downloaded and redownloaded multiple times. Had to speak with representatives multiple times and still could not book classes online and would not recognize my monthly unlimited membership. I finally gave up because I can’t always call on the phone and book a class. Eventually stopped going to pure barre altogether. Not nice people and extremely obnoxious even after freezing my account.
