Under wellness always shows our booking history but now only showing last chance classes why ?

It’s not worth it. You pay for a trainer that you don’t even choose and then they’re never available on your time and you can’t event change… so much money wasted. I’ll never go to a gym like that again

I don’t know why pure decided to take the list view away in the latest update. Before we can have a listing of booked and past classes now we only have the calendar option and we need to click on individual date to check the classes. The app gets worse with each update. Not sure what they are thinking.

I did update the app on 9-Oct and book class on the next date, the app keeping loading for 3 mins and I need to quit and reopen the app, it show the class have booked but I’m not able to book the 2nd class.

If you forgot to connect to WiFi but open the app, it loop, even though you connect it at once, it still loop loop loop until you delete it and download it from the App Store

This is the worst app I have ever used. The app is full of bugs, it is slow and crashes all the times (literally multiple times in one day). I much prefer the old pure app which was a lot more stable. This app is broken and needs to be trashed.

Long runnning time to start app Super crazy I wanna book 2 lessons the online chat button is getting in my way for the second lesson button. If you have trialled it you would know. This is ridiculous.

Extremely high loading time of the app, takes around 10 seconds to even a minute to load. Please improve on this first for better user experience.

Please do something…. This app takes usually long to launch.

I always miss the best time to book the class because the app takes too long time to load
