The method of canceling the subscription is extremely difficult. Also the stuff said if cancel within 24 hrs after renewal payment its refunded, but it didn't happen. Terms and condition are not specified abiut cancel things.

Without a doubt this is the best gym app in UAE. PureGym is total value for value. Highly recommend.

Great club and great team

Professional ladies and instructor gym is so comfortable and clean and huge capacity I love the cLasses and most importantly I love the staff Haifa is friendly and Bodour is a sweetheart ❤️❤️❤️

Today was my first day and I had a challenge whilst trying to access the gym from the main gym entrance as the sliding doors couldn’t slide open immediately even after I punched the gym member QR code. I got stuck whilst exiting too!

This app needs a lot of improvements sometimes when I open the app even when connected to good Wi-Fi or cellular network, it’ll still be loading no matter what, and it gives me an accurate stats of how many days I visit or how many hours I stayed. He’s a bit of polishing in the back fixing and how about add an Apple Watch support server like I can show the barcode in the Apple Watch while entering.
