Very disappointing company

My partner was a tarot reader on this app, he had over 50 reviews, all positive, and even more readings. He was doing really well, enjoyed it, the people loved his readings. Then I got a coupon, made a profile and asked for a reading from him, as a surprise, I had only changed my name. He did the reading, it was really good, resonated with me a lot and I gave him a very positive review. A bit later the team of purple ocean sent him a message, accusing him of asking for the reading himself and giving himself a great review. Not that he needed that. He explained everything, our phones are connected with the same apple id, I guess that’s why purple ocean thought it was him. We both explained honestly everything that happened, they didn’t care, did not even take into account the long email I sent as further explanation, ignored the last emails we both sent. They ended up banning him, not believing a bit of what he said. It’s very sad that a beloved app like this treats their advisors in such a way. Both customers and advisors should be treated fairly.

Oh I appreciate the existence of a site set up like this. I find it very helpful and giving me the ability to contact advisor when my funds are low and I may have a question that’s important to me., Or perhaps something I forgot or has not included earlier in a reading with my advisor. Also it gives One a chance to see what some of the other different advisors are like which is nice. It seems to round out your whole format! And I thank you!!!!
