Stop killing player projects. They've killed off Ilmina and PadGuide, and now the game is virtually impossible to approach without these resources. There are over 10,000 cards in the game and there is not a SINGLE USABLE WAY IN GAME TO SEARCH THROUGH THEM. It's too bloated and they refuse to let their community help them.
I am deleting this app
Still love the game but it lags so bad even on my new iPhone it’s almost unplayable. Very disappointing
game is good …. Has annoying mechanics … I can’t get used to. It gets boring quick … Drop rates are usually descent … unless it’s a popular crossover / event The App Store is filled with trash games , so I’m forced to play this , grand summoners, last Claudia…. But these games are so old & played out Extremely toxic community in the gacha scene …. I predict heavy loss of profit , for the whole gacha gaming scene . ITS ALL GG IN THE PLAY STORE : Generic Garbage
I hate games where I have to sit through 30 minute tutorials. I have no patience even if the game is interesting it makes me rage therefore one star. I couldn’t even do what I want, I have to constantly click on what the game wants you too do so deletion. If you have patience by all means go for it. It I do not. And to be far I have it time with no value
Game used to be fun and decent now they give everyone countless eggs to get new op stuff like why give me a starter if you’ll give me a mega legendary demon that’ll do 50k damage over 500 like that’s so lame
I was really loving this game, it’s very fun and engaging and there are some pretty cool creatures to collect. Unfortunately, at some point while playing I got a really big combo, and bright strobing rainbow colored words popped up all over the screen, and immediately sent me into a migraine attack. I looked all over settings and couldn’t find any options to turn off the words that pop up, even though they’re not really a necessary part of the game. So I guess I won’t be playing it anymore unless they add a photosensitivity option.
The core game is fine and fun to play, but once you get to the challenging content the game mechanics are just tedious and not fun. It relies far too heavily on One Shots for difficulty which I think is lazy game design. The power creep is so far gone they need complicated game mechanics so they can gate most of the monsters out of the current content. There is no in game help to explain any of this. There are tens of THOUSANDS of monsters with multiple branches of evos at various points with varying materials. The game only shows you the next branch not the future branches or the ones you missed picking a different path. Fan made websites and phone apps that explained all this were copyright struck and taken down. So the fans were punished for filling in the gaps where the game failed to provide. As discussed in the beginning the game mechanics have gotten so out of control that even though there are tens of thousands of monsters only a handful are actually relevant unless you’re doing old content. You can’t even filter your thousands of monsters to find the abilities you need. Because the current end game content is you get one chance and if you fail than GAME OVER! So you better have that ability to have a chance at your 1 opportunity. At this point it is more of a Team Comp Builder than a puzzle game. Do you have the select few relevant monsters out of thousands? TLDR; GungHo only cares about the top .001 of player base if they even care at all. The community is great and passionate and the artwork is amazing. But the way they’ve copyright struck all the databases we fans relied on since the “game” lacks basic features insures I don’t care about GungHo games. They represent all that is going wrong in the game industry.
I started playing this game with my best friends in high school, clearing dungeons together. A few years later, college came and we all went our separate ways, most of the others losing interest in the game completely. I continued to login daily for the rewards and to maintain my streak. After over a decade of play, I have watched this game develop cooler mechanics to keep up with the insane power scaling that we have reached over a decade later. I love this game, having poured my fair share of money during my intense gacha days, but the NA dept seems to lack the same support the JP servers get. Many of the collabs and cards I see released in JP never make it to NA. There also aren’t many NA support websites (RIP PADx), and have to resort to using JP server websites to keep up with the current meta.
