Control Q-SYS systems from your iOS device! Within Q-SYS Designer software, user control interfaces (UCIs) can be created, and nearly any element in the system can be placed in the UCIs for control and monitoring. Don’t working after update.
Don’t working after update 3.4.2 on iPhone 12. The app connects to the server, but the server management does not work
Updating Failure
After updating to v3.6 we can no longer see our system on the app, just a blank screen.
Intermittent Connections and No Meters
The latest update brought back connectivity issues with our cores. And even fewer times when we connect our values and meters are blank. Cores are running 8.4 and there is no intention to update them any time soon.
Update killed our church sound system
Since updating in May, our iPad can no longer be used to turn on sound in our church. Please fix so that our older iPad, which is able to take the latest iOS updates, can still be used to turn on our sound system.
Not Loading!!??
Please fix!! Won’t load my main page!!! Says “downloading uci….” Then kicks off. Useless
Update Doesn’t allow me to control anything
After the update from last week, the app shows the locations but doesn’t allow you to control them. It just shows a dark green selection where they used to be red or a lighter green. Please fix soon!!
Doesn’t work
App quit working when they updated to 3.4. I know that it has to do with Apple security features. Please let us side-load the 3.2.2 app version so we can use this system again!
Fix it please
Broken since update, no fix and no response from the developer. Pitiful customer service
Update failure
Since the end of may I have not been able to control volume and it’s ridiculous that it’s been 3 weeks and no fix. For the money you spend on this system, you think the app would work better or they would fix it quicker…
