This app is excellent but it should give the option of paying for technicians reviews for a reasonable price for a whole month instead of paying daily. £3.99x 30 =£119.70 per month which is ridiculous. If more affordable would have given it 5 stars

It says pay 3.99 to have your ECG reviewed any a qualified technician, but you send it to be reviewed and an automatic bot reviews it instead! I’m also being charged twice a month for it and no one replies to my emails to the support address or on fb messenger! Terrible service!!!!

After suffering a period of having palpitations and being unable to get seen by a doctor, I was told about this app. I have found it easy to use. It connects to the Apple Watch and ECGs recorded by the watch are automatically saved in the app. You can choose which ones you want to be reviewed. The response is very timely and explains what is being seen on the recording. For each event or abnormal feature, there is an explanation of what it is and why it may be happening. The human response is not medical advice, it tells you what is going on so you get a better understanding and in addition, reassurance is given where appropriate. I was experiencing palpitations due to PVCs and this was explained to me in a way I could understand. It is actually amazing that this technology is available. Things are advancing quickly.

I’ve been using this app for over a year as a paid subscriber and I always submit my ECGs for a second opinion and explicitly ask for my values to be recalibrated. Now the ECGs are no longer being recalibrate with all of the numbers remaining the same, even hospital grade ECG machines are not 100% accurate and often require manual calibration. Furthermore there has been huge discrepancies in my PR between technicians. One of my ECGs showed a PR of 238 and after resubmitting it, it was around the 205 mark. Hardly a slight mistake, and this has happened multiple times so it begs the question how accurate these reviews are.

Brilliant app. Pretty much prompted me to seek professional advice from a cardiologist without this app I would have been lost. This is forward thinking technology with the potential to alert people to serious heart conditions. Even at night alone I know I can submit an ECG it’s encouraging to have someone knowledgeable there online at QALY to immediately review an ECG twenty four hours per day. Thank you ⭐️

I paid for my ECGs from my Apple Watch to be looked at and some of the readings were not accurate at all.

I have payed for this for a couple of months now, as I have very bad health anxiety and get very anxious about my ECG’s. It’s a superb service, my ECGs get looked at within 20 minutes and always have a detailed description of what is found. Thank you so much!

I suffer from anxiety and I know my heart is structurally sound but when u have anxiety the mind plays tricks on me. Having this app has stopped the visits to a&e and made me feel comfortable when I have a panic attack. Well worth the money for me for peace of mind
