Qantas Money Credit Cards

Keeps telling me no accounts available and I can access closed account! I don’t have closed accounts, only an active supplementary card Worked fine before the new app Rang qantas - fix coming - but it hasn’t Useless app

It is so difficult to login, to speak to a consultant or use this app generally. Haaaate

The new app is nowhere near as easy to navigate as the previous one. It’s missing a couple of features that the previous app had, like being able to see the points earnings breakdown and also the Current Balance owed. I have to call QANTAS every time I need to know how much I currently owe. VERY frustrating. Let’s hope QANTAS take this feedback onboard and do something about it asap.

This new app is the worst improvement on an app I have ever experienced. There are no insights so I can monitor my expenditure to see if I am spending more or less than the last month. I used to be able to compare months without having to download it print out statements. I cannot budget properly anymore. Your app improvement team deserves to be sacked.

Does this app ever work? I’ve never been able to successfully log in. What a pain!

I don’t know how they revamped the app and made it worse in every single way. Fix Face ID and fix the app icon for staters.

I used to really like the old Qantas Money app because it clearly showed my updated credit card balance after I made a payment. Now, with the new version, it only shows the original statement amount due, even after I’ve paid part of it which is confusing and unhelpful. There’s no clear way to track how much I’ve already paid and what’s left to pay to avoid interest. This feels like a step backwards in transparency and usability. Please consider bringing back the feature that shows the real-time balance after payments it’s essential for managing credit properly.

Needs Frequent rebooting and keyboard doesn’t always show

Previous system was easier to use, my biggest complaint is when you used to pay down your bill previously it would minus it off the total, now it only shows you the total amount owing only. Needs to be updated asap, I’m sure plenty agree. Thank you.

Why make us change to this app? The old Qantas money app was way better, this one is just a lazy website inside an app. Think I’ll look for a new credit card now. This experience is terrible
