If I could give this zero stars I would, downloaded the app and it doesn’t work! Total waste of money!!

The Doha Metro is wonderful. Clean, reliable and great value for money. Therefore hard to understand how the people responsible for that service and create such an awful app. It is impossible to open the app (to even look at the network map) without a network connection. Never used an app with such an awful design. When on Wifi the app is okay, and is useful for seeing your list of journeys if you register your travel card.

Unable to log in with the correct password, then when clicking forgot password & making a new one it also won’t log in, until after a few attempts it locked my account due to several “incorrect attempts”. Can’t even click on “contact us” to write a complaint.

Despite resetting the password - login does not work.

This is useful. Might be more useful if it allowed you to login in. Have tried reinstalling, tried resetting password but still can’t login in. Needs updating to get rid of bugs

Hey I just updated my phone to IOS and when I try using this app it fails to launch which before then it was working on my iPhone 7 says the phone does not meet the minimal requirements to use the app ????????. Come on guys fix it.

Totally unresponsive, could not even retrieve a map of the Metro. Not worth downloading.

Oh my, the time I’ve wasted trying to set up an account, only to have this dumb app tell me I’ve typed an invalid email address. I’ve deleted it. Hopefully it may improve as the system gets more users and bugs are ironed out. But I won’t invest more time in it until it’s fixed.

Doesn’t allow you add cards. When you select metro link it tells you there is a connection error. Next to useless! Will be uninstalling.

App won’t open properly. Prompts for update but no update available.
