Unable to log back into the app

Have been using the app for awhile and after updating my email with guest relations I am no longer able to login. I have attempted to change my password over 15-20 times with assistance from customer service to no avail. I have deleted and redownloaded the app, still doesn’t work. We go to Qdoba at least 2x/week and have rewards. I am so frustrated with the app that I contacted customer service and requested a physical card be mailed to my home.

I think every Qdoba should offer breakfast burritos! They are delicious! A great way to get the day started!

Login screen doesn’t work

I can enter my username and password over and over again and it still won’t log me in. Been like this for months now, I can’t believe it’s still unaddressed.

App doesn’t work

The app doesn’t load and is no good.

Terrible app

I tried ordering on the app using a gift card and credit card. It said it would result in a negative amount. ???

It’s totally tubular bro

When it works it's fine

They constantly log you out however and remove your favorite orders. If you contact support they just say "delete and resinstall" the app as of that's a solution. If you don't mind doing this constantly when you want to be eating, it's fine.
