It’s so much more convenient to not need to have your phone on hold especially for 1 or more hours which is common when calling government services. Add to that the ability to see the estimated wait time and place in line and it’s definitely worth a 5 star rating

Can not use “continue” button

I’m here for a breast exam. I register at the kiosk. I get called to the wrong registration desk. I’m directed to come way down the hall to find no one at the registration desk. My appt was at 12:15. Finding parking was not easy, and I got disoriented in the parking elevator ☹️ It’s nerving to have this appt so stressed out!

I had checked earlier in the day what the wait time was for plate renewal. It was about 30 minutes. I checked in the pm and it was 3 minutes. I left work 2 miles away, and was back at my desk in 15 minutes total! This is a wonderful tool!
