Worse update ever. Old app worked perfectly for years. Will cancel service if they don’t fix issues soon.
This app is even less efficient than the original Qliq mobile app You have to click and exit a thread twice for it to clear the notification, which is a huge hassle when maneuvering through a busy server such as our company’s.
Occasionally the app will not allow notifications to come through to me, therefore I’ve missed work opportunities. After two days of silence, I tapped on the app and 14 messages came across. Don’t forget to refresh this every day!
I take photo of my rounding list every day and sent to my billing specialist. I need to take a close-up photo, but it gets very blurry when I position the camera really close. Can it be fixed?
I am an independent contractor and use this to see patients. App spends more time not working right than actually fully functional. Full of glitches. As we speak, app cannot connect to server and I am missing a full day of work orders. As of October 15 this app still does not work as it should. Keep missing opportunities for work and patients not being seen in a timely manner
The system has crashed several times over the last few weeks. I can’t even delete conversations after my shift is over. I can only archive or mute. I’m sure the more we archive the more our company will get charged for the storage and probably the patches they are having to obtain regularly. I would not recommend this for any company needing reliable time sensitive messaging
