Every time you try to watch a match it will not work. Says I don’t have a subscription - but the other site says I do. So poor tech infrastructure not communicating properly so I spend 100+ quid for nothing. Sort it out lads - it’s been this way for the last 5 years - do better for the fans!

This might be the worst site I have ever been on. Your previous site once the best in the league has digressed to this shameful experience. No table. No listing of all the games, the grounds and date. At least all the games in the championship. No match commentary No direction of where to go to find things. Some stupid points system that has zero to do with internationally placed fans. An option to purchase radio broadcast no longer exists and that may well be at the behest of the EFL, but if not then it is an obvious attempt to make me purchase video. I don’t trust a video purchase’s ability to watch on my living room television. Perhaps a free game to give me an opportunity to try the service out would be a boon. In the end your site is not designed with anyone living outside West London in mind. International fan influence on the content is beyond necessary. Sorry to be so brutal. RRRR’s fan for life. App is much improved after glitches of the first few weeks. Now I have no problems accessing my QPR+ video package and the issue with the broadcast where sound only worked on Bluetooth has been resolved. It would use the countdown and table from the previous app but otherwise it’s solid now.

Poor app. Hard to get to the things you want and not very intuitive. Most important reason for this apps is to watch or listen to Live games yet there is no link on the landing page to get this. Have to drill down into match and ticket thread and hope to find it there. Also has fixtures and results but no Tables! Finally on profile page the entry form is impossible to use as it has edits that don’t apply outside the UK. Hopefully this will rereleased soon with corrections. If there was a choice of apps to get to the QPR games I wouldn’t use this one.

The new app is terrible. Hard to find things. No tables. Old app hands down better!
