It used to be able to review the future ride, but booking had been bugged for years. I had to use Android version their web site. But they finally fixed the app and booking a ride from the app has started working since the last patch. Great!
Wont send me a text. Says there's an account already associated with that phone number, well duh! that's my account. Please fix this login issue. I can login on the mobile browser but not the app
GATRA Uses this app for people needing to attend medical appointments and I’ve tried logging in and it tells me my phone number is already registered with another account. So I’m in an endless loop. Waste of time for an app I actually need for health appointments. Disgraceful.
Heaven help anyone who needs to use this app for transportation. It doesn’t work and there’s no way to contact support.
What’s the point having a app that promises making so much easier to book the rides if this app doesn’t work? It’s waste time and a lot frustration trying to book a ride , specially when after all finished that you can’t book it! Recommend: DONT EVEN TRY IT!
How you can push an update to a nonfunctional app that leaves it STILL nonfunctional after months is beyond me. Next step is contacting my elected officials to tell them to make sure they contract with companies who can actually do what they’ve been paid to do.
The app always crashes and 95% of the time won’t allow me to make a selection. Even if you manage to book a ride, the drivers only show up half the time.
For the love of gods please fix this app. There’s so many bugs with it it’s unusable. I can’t schedule or cancel rides, file feedback, or anything. I really hope someone fixes this so I don’t have to keep pulling out my health ID number. This would be a great app if it actually worked.
Since they switched it to you have to select the pt1 first the app hasn’t worked since
I rely on this app to order transport for my mom. It works great but the most important issue that they need to address is ability to contact transportation company to adjust schedule or confirm the pickup time and location. Either it’s a bug or the database is incomplete with the phone numbers. I see a call button but it is disabled.
