Not impressed with having to pay a surcharge wouldn’t have to if paid with cash.

While waiting in the queue to the venue I tried to set up my credit card but I can’t until I order. Also please get google pay

Having to hand over your name, phone number and email address just to order a drink is something even George Orwell couldn’t have imagined. They don’t even process the payment themselves. It’s a completely unnecessary invasion of privacy.

Absolutely rubbish. Taken twenty minutes to load and add card . I will look for pubs without this app that take cash 😤😤😤😤😤😤

Used this is ascot brewery, really good app as a customer you want simple and fast and ticks both boxes. Has Apple Pay as well
