Quartz MyChart

I used to be able to see my lab results, now I can’t find them. I had EKG’s, x-rays and CT done a few days ago. Where can I view them? I used to be able to. Very disappointed.

I’m in my 20s, mildly tech savvy, and I cannot for the life of me access my lab results on the mobile app.

Signed in to double check my upcoming appointments only to find that information unavailable. Billing, scheduling, appointments, results, etc. all just no longer available. Thanks Epic, you’ve stripped away anything helpful, and left us all with a steaming pile of garbage.

Without notice Quartz removed all health information from the app-the only assistance given is a note on the app to use “your clinic’s app” Where do we find that info? What if we are dealing with multiple Doctors in multiple different clinics? Will we need to log into multiple different apps to find our clinical information. This was poorly communicated to members and seems like it creates more hassle and confusion for patients.

Now I have to go multiple places and log in for info I used to be able to get in one place. Because why?

Unable to see any upcoming appointments in the app. Had to download the MyChart app. I don’t want two apps, I just want one place where all my information is.

The most recent update that removes clinical data from our MyChart is a pile of hot garbage.

There is zero point to having this app anymore since I can’t look at results, find when I have an upcoming appointment, check in, or request refills.

… the old system? Yeah, that. Let’s go back to that.

I don’t understand why all of the sudden I can’t view my test results from the app. Only on a web browser. It defeats the purpose of having the app.
