Quext IoT Resident

My apartment complex is switching to this from regular locks. They and Quext will now be able to track you, harvest, and profit from your data. Avoid any apartments that use this at all costs. Major privacy concern.

I have lived in my apartment complex for 5 yrs now and for 2 yrs this app has not worked. Rental office unable to fix the issue as well . When unlocking my door it keeps saying failed to receive payload. I have two children as well who are unable to use the app to unlock the door.

I have been using this app for about a year now and worked just fine. But now for the past week, it won’t work on the door fob and won’t let me lock or unlock it and keeps saying “Failed to retrieve payload. Please contact your property manager.” I even tried using the remote option and does NOT work at all!

Why do you REQUIRE an update when people are just trying to get home on low battery. Make the update optional AFTER people enter the home.

Please add Apple Watch version, widgets, and a way to add the key to Wallet

Can you please add an option for time controlled AC?

Works great, and nice to have remote access and control.

Makes our home comfy before we arrive and we can check that we have made proper adjustments after we leave. Easy to install and use.

The user interface isn’t the best, it takes few clicks before you can actually open your door or adjust the temperature, for me the mosh important feature would be dark mode! In the evening while a sleep or something and went to change the temperature, your screen gets so bright and not so good for your eyes. Thank you

I was forced to use this at my apartments and first, the guest option wouldn’t work. If you need to update the app, it WONT let you in your place. This is awful and needs a lot of bugs fixed
