I have been trying to get help with this. I keep saying the app doesn’t find the M10 reader, it doesn’t work on any iPhones. It’s been two times since I’ve reached out and I have not gotten any help.

The app is good on android however I can not pair the M010 Mpos device on my iPhone 13 with IOS15 it is not finding the device via Bluetooth. If this could be address it would make the experience good again.

Only reason it does not have 5 stars is because login takes to long if they make it to have facial recognition or pin for faster access this would be great. Use United Payment Corp I only pay $24.95 a month for everything no matter how much I use it’s great!!!!!

Love this app. This makes taking credit cards super easy. I love the reporting for this also. Big fan of ChargeAnywhere!

My name is Jennifer Dhillon and I work for a dumpster company. Let me just start of by saying this company is hands down one of the worst credit card processors I have ever worked with. When I first had a meeting with their agent I was most concerned with any risk hold policies their company might have, and their chargeback customer service. They assured me they dont have any risk holds and with their portal it would be very hard for customers who we can document proof to chargeback. 1- They put more than a $70,000 hold on the funds charged without any notice. 2-No one sent us a single chargeback notification and when I called their "chargeback specialist" she had no idea what she was talking about or even how to answer the simplest questions. Before signing with them I asked about all their horrible reviews and they assured me it was their competition. I no longer have to wait till the end of the day and put it my credit cards when I get home I can just swipe it when I'm at the customers place plus I get lower rates AWESOME

Used it at two traveling events. I get a lower exchange rate because cards are swiped and don't have to worry about taking home an old fashioned paper carbon slip and getting a decline after it's too late and the sale is gone. Also nice not to need Internet or WiFi.

As the other guy stated, this company randomly charges your account for no reason, then gives you the run around when you try to get a refund. BEWARE.

This whole thing is a scam. The credit card reader company said it was absolutely free, no charge except $5 a month if you made no transactions that month. I got a charge for $60 (from this company) out of the blue with no warning or notice and I havent even activated my account. Been battling to get my money back for two weeks and they keep beating around the bush and haven't given a clear answer a to why I was charged. Terrible, this is a scam.

Amazing! Works as advertised! Allows me to take payments on the go using the service and technology I already use/own. Great product!
