Worst app I have ever came across. Fails to load. Chats do not appear. Have to close the app everytime to update chats, that also doesnt work properly

Terrible app. Never works. Can’t upload messages, can’t read new posts. Either discontinue or put a bit more effort into it
The ‘report an issue’ function doesn’t work. The information on the app is very out of date - events, calendar, reported issues. No value gained from this app, only frustration.
Unfortunately for quite some time, there is a problem with the mobile version of the Quintain living website. I am unable to scroll down on the website and look through properties and properly navigate through the site. It’s almost as if there is a block on mobile that prevents people from seeing and viewing the properties that are still available. It has been like this for months (probably almost a year) and it’s really frustrating so I decided to download the app, and to my amazement, the app is only available for residents only. I know you could easily say “we recommend you use a computer to view any of our available properties” but when I’m on the go, looking at what’s available on my phone is the better option all the time. Can someone please explain or fix this issue.
It took over a month to be connected to the app which the concierges direct me to try to do anything. I can’t copy the WiFi code through the app, it just comes up as ‘missing’. I can’t report the issue because when I do, it hits an error and tells me it’s an invalid input. All of this could be avoided by investing your concierges with trust and information, and writing stuff down instead of using this dystopian app that doesn’t work.
Takes hours for post to show or they don’t show at all
You have to instal and reinstall to get fresh feed or it just logs you out
we just moved last week. they said we will be able to gain access but the app keeps saying “app is exclusive for residents” contacted resident team via email, it took days for them to respond, and they said just redownload app. still not working until now.
Tried booking guest parking and while paying the app crashed. Reloaded the app and it says it’s unavailable, however after checking with front desk, the space remains free. This happens quite often even with the update.
The main purpose of the app does not work. Also the resident forum is very luckluster
