Quit It Lite

Been using this app for nearly 10 years and was looking forward to celebrating my 10 year anniversary with no cigarettes and the app reset itself to zero today, as if I had never quit. For an app working on the principle of motivation by showing progress, I really feel cheated.

I think it is really easy to use app, motivating at the same time, it will not make miracles in quiting smoking but it definetely helps you to stay on track of quitting smoking when you think of lighting that cigarette again.

Giving up smoking is tough. I frequently consider rethinking my decision to quit - but then I look at the app, see how many cigarettes I’ve already missed and decide to keep going. It’s not the saved money that motivates me as much as the fear of failure and the app tells me how far I’ve come. I find it very helpful. It’s free; try it. Good luck.

I never thought that after 5 years I would have ever been able to just stop smoking!! So so proud of myself:) this app was a great help it genuinely gave me support I needed at times it was so overwhelming that I found this helped me keep my focus and seeing the health go up to a 100% was definitely the best motivation... really is worth downloading and trying it ( even if your unable to stop without nicotine replacement this app will help you ) but honestly only give up when your ready to do so good luck to all starting this journey xx

Since me and hubbie stopped. We have saved over 50k. Nicely paid for our new 30k kitchen. Now have Covid 19 and SO GRATEFUL I don’t smoke. This app was an absolute god send.

Great little app, when you are feeling a bit weak it’s great to see how far you’ve come and it gives you the push to keep it going.

I use this every day and it gives me such motivation and a real sense of pride! It’s also free :)

Works well

I cannot explain how motivating this app has been for me in my mission to quit smoking! I’m 2 weeks in and whenever I feel like I’m flagging I go into the app (something’s multiple times a day)! The money saved and the health benefits really keep me moving forward!
