Discover Quit Planner - the app that helps you quit smoking. Feel free to join us if you would like to quit smoking but you have not succeeded yet or if you have quit already but would like to have your progress visualised and find motivation. With Quit Planner, you can prepare to quit smoking first by completing one of our quit plans. After you quit you can set motivating goals, track your progress, monitor your health improvements and get real life tips to beat cravings to live a happier and healthier life.
FEATURES
PREPARATION PLANS
Quit Planner will suggest you a date to stop smoking based on your smoking habits and data. All you need to do is select and complete the quit plan answer two simple questions daily until the end to receive your quit date.
COUNTER AND PROGRESS
Start the counter and track your progress after you have stopped smoking. The app will always keep your counter running and save your progress such as how much money you are currently saving, how many cigarettes you have avoided to smoke already.
CRAVINGS
Quit Planner provide you all the necessary tools and tips to resist and avoid cravings. Quit Planner’s craving ring makes it easy to read what are the situations you better avoid in the close future to stay as craving-free as possible.
GOALS
Set motivating goals for yourself that can help you during the darker time of quitting. Maybe you can think about visiting a new country with the money that you save not smoking or invest it in yourself.
HEALTH IMPROVEMENTS
Quit Planner is monitoring how your health is improving by every second after you stop smoking. Feel proud and share it with your friends and family once you have completed a health ring.
ARTICLES
Deepen your knowledge on the risks and dark side of smoking by reading our carefully researched short paragraphs. Mark one as completed after finishing to save your progress.
ACIEVEMENTS
After unlocking all of the achievements you will feel more confident and comfortable than ever.
REMINDERS
If you enable reminders for Quit Planner the app will send you notification during your preparation plan.
FACE ID
Turn on Face ID in the settings to protect your data.

this app saved me. i was on the verge of collapsed lungs, when this app was my public health savior. the moment I got this app, was the moment the cigarette dropped from my mouth. the plans, the motivation, and the app were really helpful and actually got me to QUIT smoking instead of just counting the days I have been quit. truly one of the most inspirational & best apps I have tried out for this purpose and I really appreciate it.
