QuoteMaker Pro is a powerful tool for anyone involved in a wide variety of sales related professions. Unlike a lot of other sales automation solutions, QuoteMaker Pro gives you precise control over the appearance of your sales quotation as well as finely tuned control over your profit margin for each individual item on the proposal.
Powerful Profit Margin Control
QuoteMaker Pro supports both cost-plus and list-minus sell price computations. You can mix and match them on a product by product basis. You can also specify profit margins on a global scope for an entire quote, for groups of items as a subset of a quote, or on a line item level for each individual item.
Drop and Drop Customization
QuoteMaker Pro allows you to precisely control the appearance of items in your quote. Using your iPad, you can drag and drop items to reorganize them in an order that will make the most sense to your client.
Custom Categories
QuoteMaker Pro lets you group related line items as categories in your quote. This allows you to not only organize long quotes into a more easily understandable format, but it also gives you the ability to adjust pricing of items in a group all at once. You can also temporarily hide the items of a category or categories to move them out of them way when you are developing a complex proposal.
Optional Items are Wonderful
QuoteMaker Pro also lets you add items to a quote as an optional item. This will show the item on the proposal, but clearly display it as an optional item that is not included as part of the total price. This allows you to quote a customer on a specific item, but also give them other choices if they would like to upgrade that particular component to something better.
Not an Island
QuoteMaker Pro has the ability to import data from external sources via tab delimited or comma delimited files. Even if the file is not in the proper order, QuoteMaker Pro allows you to drag and drop the import order of any compatible file, and also let’s you choose which fields are imported. Files can be imported via iTunes running on your desktop machine, or by opening a file attached to an email from your iPad’s email client. You can even choose to let QuoteMaker Pro use the file to update your existing price list based on matching product numbers. You can also email or print your quotes with just the tap of a button.

RIDICULOUSLY Customizable
I discovered this app when working for a different company. Any question I had I was able to get prompt reasons from the developer. I’ve now moved on to a different company and completely floored management with the quality of quotes I can build in front of a customer while standing on a convention center show floor. This app is easily worth more.
The Best Looking Sales Quoting App
I have been using this app for over 4-years now. I went away a few times, but always come back to it because it is so easy and quick to use. The app developer has always taken care of any issues right away. Great customer support. The look is professional. People can tell you aren’t just using a spreadsheet or word document. It makes your quotes stand out from the competition.
GREAT APP
This app is wonderful, able to keep and quote pre priced items quickly. The quote looks like it took hours but can be emailed in minutes. You can also add pictures to each item. Developer is very very helpful.
Best IPAD quoting app I have used
First, this app is more professional looking in comparison to other quoting apps. Also this app is packed with optional, add on type features. In my opinion they are reasonably priced for what they provide. Customer service is great! The owner of this app (Steve) is very responsive, nearly immediate in my case. He has answered all my questions and them some. He has also went as far as adding a custom feature. I have been doing sales for over twenty years and this is the best quoting app I've used. If you want a simple, reliable & professional looking quoting app backed up by great customer service, download the app. You will not be disappointed! Jim
Unusable
This has the potential at being a very good app. But for the seven dollars you basically buy a demo. The only way to send a quote is if the person you send it to purchases the app. I understand the option to purchase various export capabilities as in-app offers, but at the very least I should be able to use what I buy. Do not buy unless you intend on spending another $9 to send your quote.
Excellent App!
I love the product price list import feature. Also appreciate the fact that Steve does listen to his customers and makes changes accordingly. Excellent app. I use it daily in my profession.
Great App
I have been using this app since the first week of December and am very slow to write reviews. Since using, I have created and sent many quotations using this app. It is a great app! I would suggest it for anyone needing to put together a quotation of standard products on the fly. The format looks professional if you take the time to set everything up.
Great App
Downloaded this app for my IPad Mini after trying to get Iquote to work. Glad I did, this app is far superior to Iquote which I had been using on the IPad 2. Very versatile and unlike others you can actually export/import data. Don't waste your time on anything else.
Well Done!
I started with QuickSale Pro but switched to QuoteMaker because they have the all important back office export of excel file to my purchasing people with costs etc. QuickSale makes a sexier quote but is too limited. Only thing I have missed on this app is no "brand" field in my quotations. Well done overall!
