QVC app
Not great app ordered chrome book and ear pods last week neither have been confirmed and both lost now. I do not use it much but when I do I expect it to work.
Good but not perfect
The app is good for shopping and browsing. Very easy to use. I am disappointed that I can’t see my order history or my account in general so there is room for improvement
Ok app
Unable to access your account via the app so you have to log on to the website. Also deliveries are the slowest you can think of 3-5 days takes over 14 days and counting 😡
Overhaul of QVC app
Take a look at Amazon app . You can go into your payment plan and pay off early without having to contact Amazon, it’s all there in front of you please QVC can you do the same? Your IT on your availability? Is slow regarding sold out wrong pictures on clearance items very frustrating
Returns link broken
The returns link does not work which prevents returning items. Massively inconvenient.
Update
What has happened to the app after the latest Apple update? Nothing works!
Not the best. Poor design and defective.
Cannot see my order history. When pressed, It takes you out of the app and then says page not found. Which for a new customer and first time buying is disconcerting. Also I wish it was possible to have a favourite feature to save what I like. Making it easier to add to my basket later. Rather than having to look through things I’m not interested in every time, to see if what I do like is still available. Most every other app has this feature. It makes things simpler and more efficient. It also saves the need to put sizing in each time.
Order details missing
Good app. The only area for improvement I can see is previous and current orders… the app attempts to direct you to the website instead of showing within the app (the website redirect doesn’t work by the way due to the incorrect URL). If this was made so that we could see orders within the app I’d give 5 stars.
Can’t see order status on App?
Great app for purchasing BUT can’t see what I’ve ordered or status on the app? Have to use webpage to login for this info? PLEASE add section similar to web version that shows orders please?
