R Europe (Seedrs)

I have cancelled few of my investments as my mind was changed before them being finalised. It has been three weeks, not yet received the funds and no response. I sent messages couple of times. No response. Agents name appeared as Karen. About to complaint FCA.

Don’t like the rebrand. I’m not interested in investing in Europe, I’m in the UK.

1. No information on the actual steps when making first investment explaining how the investment will change/appear on the website when it launches, that you have to choose a multiple of £26 because of who knows what. NO mention of fact you have to add a fee to your investment and therefore ensure you have adequate funds to cover this AND desired investment amount 2. Unable to see your funds in your account ready to invest 3. Unable to search for a specific company in the app. Not does the online website search locate a company even with precise details 4. Website crashed prior to launch and took 12minutes before able to locate and make investment in the app (unable to do so via website, despite being advised that was the best method). In all, an epic FAIL with first experience! Surely you guys can do better. It’s not your first rodeo.

Verified on the web site but app wanted to do it all again but at last page just presents a blank screen. Go back into app and it takes me back to the start again.

Please can you have the ability to organise portfolio (or the discussion button), by latest discussion activity then alphabetical as per the desktop site? It’s the one thing that keeps me using the app. The discussion tab in the app only goes half way (sort by latest activity), so threads you have already read linger at the top which is really annoying

Disappointing investment opportunities.

Had 3 investments, one went to zero because of a company restructuring and we’ve been cut out of our shares and 2 they won’t let me sell what I have wish I never put money in

Havebike was a company that got money from seedrs investors, it was doing well then got sold to Halford. But the investors didn’t get any money. Why?
