Great service I am waiting for my new chase card to come in the mail soon then I will stick with my chase bank thank you guys

I have had a loan with RAC for almost 5 years now and have añafil service through. For the app specifically, my statements stopped showing on the app in October 2022 and every time I call to get my statements I am told that they cannot fix this. Seems silly that I have 4 years worth of statements and now I can’t get them anymore? And you can’t update your address or phone number in the app, you have to call the hotline. RAC couldn’t care less about its customers, just the money they collect.

I don’t understand what these creeping up charges are adding up every month???

I really appreciate the App , it lets me do my payments in as user friendly way. I appreciate the staff also , they are really nice when I call about my account. Thank you, Ms. OShields

The app will not store my login information and I have to enter it anew each time I’ll use it. Please fix this issue.

The application is easy to use and navigate

There is zero ways to talk to someone. Numbers go to automatic lines that don’t help. Never working with this company again.

Not user friendly for payments. Does not save your payment method or card number. Makes it a little difficult at times.
