Booked myself onto a Race Nation race, downloaded the app but it won’t let me register - says Invalid Registration

Used the app to find and enter the race. Quick and simple to use.

Used this app to register myself on race day so I didn’t have to queue at the reg desk. Event village and course maps were also helpful in finding toilets etc.

I downloaded this app to track a relative in a race. It was a total waste of time; the app never remembered the race I put as a favourite and the option to select the participant to follow was always disabled. At the event, the app kept generating error messages. The concept is great but, as things stand, the reality of it falls significantly short. App has now been deleted.

I’ve never written a review before but the app fundamentally doesn’t work. It doesn’t let you log in or even search for an event, it just gives an alert saying it is unable to carry out the request. It’s very frustrating

Installed the app to track my family during the Plymouth Half Marathon. It found the event once, failed to load the details and then stopped working and couldn’t find any event at all. Don’t waste your time on such a terrible app.

Wanted to track relative running in local marathon. Configured settings the day before to follow and track. As soon as race started I was unable to find and search race in my favourites. Error message: Unable to carry out request. Try again later

Unable to create account, unable to load event details.

Couldn’t create an account, what a waste of everyone’s time. Needs to be no stars

This app does not allow registration and it doesn’t tell you why. App developers should really test their apps to see how real users use it. Clearly, this has not been done by the developers of this app.
