This updated app is terrible compared to the old one. Very slow and harder to navigate, gave it a few months for bug fixes but actually think it’s getting worse.

App will not play live racing
Been having problems watching live racing on the Racing TV app. Was working fine but then just started giving Error Loading message when trying to watch live racing. Replays & all other content working fine Contacted Customer support but received a very unsatisfactory response from them.
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
This new updated version of the app never works properly for me watching racing channel never enters full screen properly and lagging much worse and tracker is to bulky looking now and hard to use
Value for money??
Very poor value for money. Am now considering discontinuing payment,and reconnect with ATR.
Dreadful update..
What clown sanctioned the most recent update.. it was a passable app beforehand. Now horrific.
Appalling
Woeful app, just woeful and worse considering what they charge for it. Fingers crossed the Irish racing is back on SS Racing soon.
Better off using website
Really poor app. Cannot scrub a race replay forwards or back without the video either switching off or the screen becoming unresponsive. Such basic issues that haven’t been resolved since the stations name’ was changed, maybe use sportinglife if you want to watch a replay
Appalled at the state of this
Poor app. Very over priced. Signed up for the free month so my dad could watch a race today. Was contemplating keeping it but the price is extortionate. Tried to cancel my subscription via the app ( you know, the way you do it in every single app on the planet ) and it turns out you can’t cancel your subscription through the app. You have to call their number and do it over the phone(also you can’t call on the weekends obviously). It’s 2021 and that is about as backwards as it comes. Won’t be returning ever. Shocked
Casting not working
Casting has not worked since Racing resumption just gives a still Racing tv screen now please fix
poor app for money paid for it
Over all a very poor app. For the amount of money paid every month it’s very poor. App always stalls and lags when watching replays and live racing and automatically exits when in use often enough. Bad app too study horse form. Only okay to use when “on the go” Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend. Unfortunately Racing Tv has the only right to show Irish Racing!!!
