I wasn’t expecting to be ousted from my bank account features. I can’t deposit money. There’s not even an option! The preview of this app isn’t anything I can see or have access to. . Not cool with this! And not having access to the automated system or a technical support team. Just lovely RadiFi Credit Union! I’ve deleted and reinstalled 5 times. Just getting the same results.

Ever since the Name change from Jax Fed to RadiFi, the app crashes as soon as I enter in my credentials. Please Fix asap.

Can never get anyone on the phone and the chat option on the app is a joke - it crashes before you can even finish typing your request… Add this on top of the fact that there’s not mobile check deposit, you have to inquire about getting it when every other bank offers it? PLUS, the ATM is consistently out of service! I drive out of my way to get cash or deposit cash only to find out it’s AGAIN “out of order” Poor customer service, I have hated every moment of being a member here

I’ve been trying to access my online banking account and so far I haven’t being able to. Even though they say the service is good, nobody has being able to help me!

Easy to use. Instant updates. Connected well to other accounts and email. Direct Deposit handy! Communication is great.
